Privacy Policy

Page Advantage must collect personal information from clients for billing and verification purposes. For your protection, this information is stored in a manner that is not accessible from the Internet. You, the customer will be required to provide personal data, such as full name, address, phone number, credit card information and e-mail address at time of purchase. This information will be used for processing transactions. Page Advantage may use your personal information that you have provided to us for technical, administrative and marketing purposes. We may share your personal information with third parties as needed to complete requested services. Page Advantage will not sell or rent your personal information to others.

Relationship: The relationship between Page Advantage and the Customer is that of service provider and Customer only. In the event of a violation of any terms and/or conditions set forth in this agreement, Page Advantage reserves the right to immediately terminate the services provided to the Customer and charge any unpaid fees as described in this agreement. Customer is responsible for any and all reasonable and documented fees, fines and attorney's fees if incurred by Page Advantage with regard to this agreement.

Billing Policy: You authorize Page Advantage to exercise Monthly Recurring Billing of the credit card you designated to your account at the time of sale for monthly services rendered. Your account will be charged on a Monthly Basis until notification of termination has been received in writing from the subscriber. To terminate the agreement, see section titled “Termination of Agreement”.

Terms: The term of this agreement is month to month. The customers billing date is established on the date the sale is processed. This date will be used as the customer’s Monthly Recurring Billing date for all future transactions.

Change of Terms: Page Advantage has the right at any time to change or modify its fees and billing methods, or other terms and conditions applicable to your participation in the Monthly Recurring Billing program. Customers will be notified of any changes in writing thirty (30) days in advance of changes taking place. Price changes will not be retroactive for existing customers, regardless of the length of their existing service subscription and will start on next Monthly Recurring Billing period. If any such changes are unacceptable to the customer, you may terminate the agreement with a written notice as provided in section “Termination of Agreement”.

Termination of Agreement: Page Advantage requires a thirty (30) day written notice of termination of this agreement. The notice must be submitted via e-mail to customerservice@pageadvantage.com. All terminations will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. The customer will receive an e-mail response from Page Advantage confirming their agreement has been terminated. Termination of Service shall not relieve the customer from the obligation to satisfy outstanding charges. Page Advantage has the right to immediately terminate this Agreement with respect to any user at its sole discretion.

Miscellaneous: This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in state or federal courts in San Diego, California, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not available on extended SEO package specials. All sales of websites and other related services are final and no refunds are available. Refunds for monthly SEO service with less than a 30 day notice will be considered on a case by case basis. Maximum refund if approved will not exceed 60% of the monthly service fee.

Use of Trademarks, Trade Names, Etc: There shall be no unauthorized use of the Page Advantage name, trademarks, trade names, etc. without the prior written consent of the company.
